Delegate Dillon moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 4, line 19, by inserting the following new subsection:

“(e) Any ballot measure proposed under this act to enact a local sales tax increase shall include, in bold, capitalized font at the top of the ballot measure, the following statement: "THIS IS A NEW LOCAL SALES TAX INCREASE IN ADDITION TO EXISTING STATE AND LOCAL SALES TAXES."

AND

Renumbering all remaining subsections.
